Do no live here. I guarantee you can find some place better. My roommates and I moved here when VCU ran out of dorms so we scrambled to find somewhere to live and ended up here. The elevators will almost always be broken and depending on which floor you live on you will reap the day you chose to live at 8 1/2 because you will have to climb those stairs. The floors typically smell like food (sometimes good sometimes bad). The walls in the apartments are extremely thin. My shower floor has been growing mold. Do yourself a favor and move anywhere but here.
Don’t not lease from these people. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. They sent me a bill after my daughter moved out with a list of hidden charges. The lease ended on 7/31 the day she moved out. I was charged a “holdover” fee of $200 because according to management she was supposed to be out by 9. We never received an email stating that. Among that there were 8 additional charges. Continue reading the reviews below me and some will say the same thing. Then they charge you $20 to process the $400.00 payment. Bad business!!!! Find somewhere else for your college student to stay. Thank me later.
Place is horrible. Terrible people working there. The student workers are fine, older managers are rude and disgusting. Please listen and do not live here. Never been so dissatisfied in my life. Horrible place.
DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE!!!!!
We renewed the lease expecting to get the same room and oh surprise they move my son to a smaller room, after complaining they said they can not do anything as the rooms where assigned already, today when I helped my son move in, The unit was filthy, the floor was so dirty with the hair, dust web in the ceiling. tape on the walls from previous posters, etc.
This is genuinely the worst apartment complex to live in. I lived with 3 other roomates, and all of our cars got broken into in their private parking garages at least twice. Windows shattered, door handles broken and everything. Ontop of …
Worst landlord experience. Many hidden fees, and you are often charged for fees multiple times unless you can prove you paid it already. I cleaned my apartment when I left, and I was still charged close to $400 in ‘damages’ and ‘cleaning.’ I was charged 4 times for the same cleaning fee for the 3 pieces of furniture provided.
Staff will not cooperate with you unless you have proof of any issues you have. Instead of being cooperative or friendly, they will deny anything that has happened until you prove it. Take pictures and record every conversation or issue you have.
I woke up multiple times to repair men given a key and already inside of my apartment without any warning. I had informed the staff of my issue with this, and it continued to occur.
Building also threw away the bikes of tenants after an email by cutting bike locks.
lovely place with welcoming tour guide!
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! If I could give 0 stars I would.
I lived here for a little over 2 years and do not recommend anyone live here. These apartments are not worth $800+ a month, not to mention they raised rates a …
